The experience of our Chef will allow you to try a multitude of Venetian cicchetti and not more, meeting the different requests of our customers, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. Besides our variety of cicchetti you’ll always find a proper choise of weekly and seasonal dishes. Different proposals, from happy hour/aperitivo to dinner, and during Saturdays and Sundays brunch will always be a must.
Good food will be served, in addition to the fine Buseto’s drinks, also by highly selected Venetian wines and beers, so as to satisfy the most demanding palates.

Not everyone know what the Venetian cicchetto is.
Cicchetto comes from the latin “ciccus” which means small quantities in fact we are talking about little quantity of food, made of slices of bread with fine ingredients on top of it.
Cicchetti are usually served with a glass of local wine or prosecco.
So it’s fair to say that the Venetian cicchetti were the forerunners of today’s finger food.
