The skilful hands and experience of our Chef, will prepare a multitude of cicchetti from Veneto and beyond, coming against the different requests of our clientele, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. Many different cicchetti to satisfy and intrigue different palates. In addition to these there will always be real weekly and seasonal dishes. Various are the formulas, from the aperitif one to the real dinner, during Saturdays and Sundays the brunch will always be present.
Good eating will be accompanied not only by the Buseto's expertly prepared drinks, but also by Venetian Wines and highly selected beers, so as to satisfy the most demanding palates.

Not all Romans know what the infamous cicchetto veneto is.
Cicchetti get their name from the Latin word 'ciccus' which means small quantities and in fact we are talking about small bites. in fact slices of bread where on top are combined foods that characterize their taste.
Cicchetti are usually accompanied by an ombra i.e. a glass of wine typical of the area or prosecco.
We can say with all certainty that cicchetti veneti were the forerunners of today's finger food.
